About the role
We are seeking a Reception and Facilities Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues in our Birmingham City Centre office. The role blends front‑of‑house duties with facilities support, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet internal and external stakeholders at reception.
- Manage telephone calls, Microsoft Teams messages, emails and post.
- Maintain meeting rooms and coordinate bookings for meetings and events.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Conduct Health and Safety inductions for new starters.
- Provide general administrative and facilities support as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception, front‑of‑house or office administration.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and interact with a variety of stakeholders.

- Office administration software (e.g., email, calendar management)
