About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organised Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for visitors at our Birmingham City Centre office. The role combines front‑of‑house duties with operational support for a professional services team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Book and manage meeting rooms for clients and colleagues.
- Assist in creating and distributing internal and external communications.
- Oversee facilities management and maintain the office environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support across the team.
Required profile
- Friendly, confident and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong teamwork skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
