Reconciliations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Reconciliations Executive to join a leading independent provider of specialist finance services. You will manage a portfolio of invoice discounting clients, ensuring accurate month‑end reconciliations and compliance with banking policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end reconciliation for up to 80 confidential and disclosed invoice discounting clients.
• Monitor client ledger performance, flag adverse trends and report to the Relationship team.
• Maintain CBF reserves in line with policy and ensure client covenant compliance.
• Review bank statements, identify concerns and communicate them promptly.
• Participate in client portfolio review meetings and provide material insights.
• Support the wider Relationship team and keep detailed records for senior management.
• Identify sales opportunities across the bank’s product suite while adhering to AML policies.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a large client portfolio.
• Good analytical skills to detect trends and potential risks.
• Effective communication to liaise with Relationship managers and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of invoice discounting and banking reserve requirements.
