About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join our construction white‑collar permanent placement team. Working under two directors, you will support the delivery of professional services to top hiring clients across London and the South East.
Key responsibilities
- Nurture and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Source, assess and present suitable candidates from our extensive database and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Coordinate and manage all interview stages.
- Deliver a high‑quality, sales‑free recruitment experience.
Required profile
- Reliable, level‑headed and professional demeanor.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Interest in construction‑focused, white‑collar roles.

What we offer
- Apple Mac laptop and full access to our candidate database.
- Competitive base salary (£22k‑£25k) plus uncapped commission (up to 30%).
- Expected OTE of £50k‑£60k in the first year.
- Hybrid working – City of London office with remote days.
