Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham team, working across Business Support & Commercial and Accountancy recruitment. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement, serving clients throughout the West Midlands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management and placement.
• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct business development activities and attend client meetings.
• Build and maintain a strong market presence in the West Midlands.
• Achieve sales targets and maximise earning potential through uncapped commission.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or a successful sales background.
• Driven, resilient and commercially aware.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas and best practice.
• Ambition to succeed in Business Support & Commercial or Accountancy recruitment.
