Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates to match client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring goals.
• Develop new business through outbound calls, networking and market research.
• Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience and career aspirations.
• Negotiate offers and oversee onboarding for successful placements.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, strong work ethic and confidence.
• Resilient, eager to learn and motivated to grow into a high‑performing consultant.

Required skills

What we offer

• £27K basic salary plus uncapped commission (up to 40%).
• Potential earnings of £40K in the first year.
