Recruitment Resourcer – Property Perms Division

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join the Perms division of Abbatt Property Recruitment in South West London. You will support the Division Manager, build a candidate database and develop into a full consultant role.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and personal networks.
• Building and maintaining a robust candidate database.
• Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate calls.
• Writing compelling CVs and bios for client presentations.
• Coordinating interviews and preparing candidates.
• Participating in client meetings and networking as you progress.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, resilient and motivated to grow in recruitment.
• Open to candidates with experience in lettings, property management or hospitality.
