Regional Account Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑moving team delivering innovative insurance solutions to leading UK motor retailers. As a Regional Account Manager you will act as a strategic partner and sales coach for dealer groups, helping them increase insurance uptake and improve overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with dealership leaders and sales teams across the assigned region.
• Coach, train and motivate sales staff to boost insurance sales results.
• Analyse sales data, design and implement tailored development programmes.
• Plan and lead performance reviews, strategy sessions and group training events.
• Launch new insurance products and support related marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
• Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with internal compliance, marketing and technical teams.

Required profile

• Confident, energetic sales professional with a passion for people.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
• Proven experience in sales, training, business development or account management.
• Comfortable with frequent UK travel and working autonomously.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and think commercially.
