Regional Projects Manager (Ecological)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an ecological background to lead a portfolio of land‑management and environmental contracts across the West Midlands. You will work for a fast‑growing environmental consultancy, enjoying autonomy, a company vehicle and a mix of site‑based and home‑working days.

Key responsibilities

• Manage land‑management and environmental contracts throughout the West Midlands region.
• Conduct site visits and ecological surveys to monitor progress and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee project costings and support contract delivery.
• Develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Travel regularly across the region, balancing on‑site and remote work.

Required profile

• Project Manager or similar role experience.
• Ecological or environmental background.
• Willingness to travel across the West Midlands.
• Full, valid driver’s licence.
