Regional Sales Manager (Precision Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a background in precision engineering to lead sales activities across the West Midlands. You will work autonomously, managing both existing accounts and new business opportunities while promoting advanced measurement and quality‑control machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients and prospects throughout Birmingham and the wider West Midlands to understand requirements and present solutions.
• Generate, qualify and develop sales leads, collaborating with technical specialists when needed.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Support exhibitions, product demonstrations and marketing events.
• Balance time between account management and new business development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer or similar within precision engineering.
• Strong understanding of precision measurement and quality‑control equipment.
• Ability to work independently with a results‑driven mindset.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.
