Regional Talent Delivery Liaison Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Regional Talent Delivery Liaison Executive to join the West Midlands Growth Company. In this role you will act as the primary bridge between local employers, training providers and regional partners, ensuring businesses can access the skills, recruitment and workforce development support they need to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Support employers in accessing apprenticeships, bootcamps, T‑Levels and other training solutions.
• Connect businesses with appropriate training providers and employment support services.
• Collaborate with Inward Investment, Business Growth and Workforce & Future Talent teams to align talent initiatives with regional economic objectives.
• Provide employer insight to inform regional skills development strategies.
• Assist inward investors and expanding companies with talent attraction and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business support or skills development.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the regional skills landscape and identify appropriate solutions.
• Commitment to driving economic growth across the West Midlands.

Required skills

• Knowledge of apprenticeships, bootcamps, T‑Levels and other workforce development programmes.
• Understanding of regional economic development frameworks.
