Regional Training Manager (Children's Residential Services)

About the role
We are partnering with a leading provider in the children’s services sector to hire a Regional Training Manager. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on training delivery, ensuring learning excellence across a diverse regional portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of regional L&D professionals, handling performance reviews and professional development.
- Monitor and enhance training quality through observations, coaching, feedback and data analysis.
- Ensure all learning delivery complies with regulatory and industry standards.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify learning needs and create bespoke solutions.
- Deliver core and specialist learning programmes and provide training cover when required.
- Produce regional learning reports, support audit readiness and maintain compliance frameworks.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development leader with a passion for quality and compliance.
- Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and champion continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated capability to manage resources, plan training allocation and drive innovation in learning methodologies.
