About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a well‑established care provider operating across 60+ care homes in Birmingham. You will work 36 hours per week on either day or night shifts, delivering high‑quality nursing care to residents.
Key responsibilities
- Safely administer medication to residents.
- Communicate, lead, mentor and supervise team members to ensure smooth shift operations.
- Create and update individual care plans as required.
- Provide clear and precise handover reports at the end of each shift.
Required profile
- Active NMC PIN.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience working in nursing homes.
- Kind, compassionate and caring nature.
