Relationship Consultant (French-speaking)

About the role

nCino is seeking a French‑speaking Relationship Consultant to join its EMEA team. Based in France, you will act as a trusted advisor to banks and financial institutions, showcasing how nCino’s cloud banking platform can solve their most complex challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead presales conversations, presentations and solution design for prospects and clients.
• Conduct deep‑dive discovery sessions to identify business challenges and articulate strategic value.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise in credit, lending and broader banking services.
• Deliver detailed product demos, answer functional questions and configure solutions to match user stories.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Sales, Product, Partners and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive experience.
• Travel across the EMEA region (up to 75% travel) to engage with clients in person.

Required profile

• Solid experience in banking, financial services or a FinTech presales environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with prospects and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English.
• Ability to adapt quickly to complex, fast‑moving scenarios.
