Relief Pharmacist – Multiple Store Locations

About the role

Superdrug is seeking a GPhC‑registered pharmacist to work on a rotating relief schedule across several South East England stores. You will cover up to 36 hours per week, including Saturdays, moving between Bitterne, Woolston, Romsey and Fareham on a two‑week rota.

Key responsibilities

• Support pharmacy teams in delivering high‑quality patient care at each location.
• Maintain stock control, ensure operational standards and uphold GPhC compliance.
• Motivate staff to meet performance targets and embody the “That Superdrug feeling”.
• Collaborate with the Regional Healthcare Manager for coaching and support.

Required profile

• GPhC‑qualified pharmacist; newly qualified candidates are welcome.
• Preferably experience in community pharmacy.
• Passionate about patient care and commercially aware of NHS pharmacy funding.
• Full driving licence to travel between stores.
