Research Manager – Quantitative Political & Social Insights

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing research and technology scale‑up that blends data, technology and behavioural science to deliver high‑impact insights for political, social and commercial clients. As a Research Manager you will own quantitative projects from brief to delivery, acting as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Design questionnaires and analysis specifications for political polling, NGO/social research and commercial studies.
• Manage fieldwork operations, ensuring data quality and timely collection.
• Analyse survey data, produce visualisations and write insight‑driven reports and presentations.
• Lead client communications, maintain relationships and support business development proposals.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to process improvements, including the use of AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• Approximately 4 years of experience in quantitative social or political research.
• Proven ability to design surveys, manage multiple projects and deliver clear insights.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Interest in applying AI techniques within research.

Required skills

• Survey design and data analysis.
• Experience with political polling (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in R or Python (beneficial but not mandatory).
