About the role
As a Reservations Agent at Bulgari Hotel London, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their journey begins with a seamless and memorable reservation experience. You will work closely with the front‑office and other departments to deliver the high‑standard service expected by our luxury clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms, providing accurate information and personalized recommendations.
- Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management and upselling of special offers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel rooms, services, and promotions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments to fulfill special requests and ensure flawless guest experiences.
- Deliver prompt, courteous service to each guest, setting the tone for an exceptional stay.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a reservations or front‑office role within luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner.
- Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Passion for delivering high‑quality, personalised service.
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as Opera is advantageous.
Required skills
- Opera reservation system (or similar hospitality booking software).
