Residential Conveyancer – Fully Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our expanding team on a fully remote basis. You will manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring high standards of client care and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and due‑diligence, including source‑of‑fund checks and anti‑money‑laundering compliance.
• Review property title status and raise/respond to enquiries on purchase matters.
• Liaise with sellers’ representatives, lenders and agents, notifying them of any risks.
• Prepare and oversee documentation for exchange and completion, adhering to lender requirements and quality standards.
• Supervise junior team members and sign off files for completion.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 100 files simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified licensed conveyancer or solicitor.
• Strong knowledge of anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
