About the role

A well‑established Devon‑based firm is looking for a qualified Property Lawyer to join its busy Residential Property team. You will take ownership of a full, active caseload and deliver a high‑quality conveyancing service to a loyal client base built on repeat business and referrals.

Key responsibilities

Manage a complete residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
Provide a professional, friendly, and efficient service to clients.
Maintain high standards of client care and clear communication throughout each transaction.

Required profile

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently (2+ PQE).
Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage a busy caseload effectively.
