Residential Conveyancer – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The role offers the chance to manage a diverse residential property portfolio while delivering high‑quality client service within a supportive firm.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post‑completion.
• Process freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and fellow solicitors to ensure smooth progression of files.
• Maintain accurate records and meet statutory deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an independent residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing tasks and uphold high standards of client care.
• Familiarity with conveyancing case management systems is advantageous.

Required skills

• Residential conveyancing expertise.
• Use of conveyancing case management software.
