Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

About the role

We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our Property team. The role is ideal for a solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing and the ability to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post‑completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership matters and general residential conveyancing transactions.
• Manage cases involving both registered and unregistered land.
• Progress new‑build transactions, liaise with developers, meet tight exchange deadlines and satisfy lender requirements.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal standards and client expectations while providing exceptional client service.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and strong organisational and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented attitude and commitment to the team’s success.
