Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

About the role

We are a specialist property law firm in Central London seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3–4 years post‑qualification experience. You will join a collaborative team that handles high‑quality residential property transactions and will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage re‑mortgages and transfers of equity.
• Oversee new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
• Assist with lease extensions and, where applicable, enfranchisement.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and fellow solicitors.
• Provide a high standard of client care throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years PQE.
• Proven ability to handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship abilities.
• Proactive, commercial and solution‑focused approach.
