Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload in Greater Manchester. You will work independently while being part of a supportive property team, delivering high-quality client service from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential sales and purchase transactions from start to finish.
• Provide consistent, high-standard client care throughout each matter.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on small business transactions and commercial lease work where required.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven ability to manage an independent conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent organisational, communication and attention-to-detail skills.
• Commercially aware, proactive and able to work both autonomously and within a close-knit team.

Required skills

• Experience of residential conveyancing (sales and purchases).
• Familiarity with small business transactions and commercial lease work is advantageous.
