About the role

Our client, a well‑established regional law firm in the North West, is expanding its residential conveyancing team. They are looking for two experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to manage their own caseload and deliver excellent client care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Provide high‑quality client service and maintain attention to detail throughout each transaction.
• Work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team while adhering to efficient processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to handle a full caseload independently.
• Strong client‑care orientation and proactive work style.
