About the role
We are supporting a well‑established national law firm seeking a Residential Development Senior Associate to join its real‑estate team. You will work with major housebuilders and developers on a broad mix of residential development matters.
Key responsibilities
- Act on strategic land deals.
- Draft and negotiate collaboration, promotion and development agreements.
- Handle parcel disposals and site‑assembly work.
- Collaborate closely with housebuilder and developer clients on complex, high‑value projects.
Required profile
- 4‑5+ years post‑qualification experience in residential development or commercial real estate.
- Experience with housebuilder or developer clients is ideal.
- Confident working independently on transactions with strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Commercially minded, proactive and enjoys building client relationships.
