Resourcing Executive

About the role

The Supply Register Ltd is seeking a Resourcing Executive to join its Manchester team. In this fast‑paced position you will focus on attracting and onboarding high‑quality teachers and support staff for schools, academies and colleges across the UK. You will work closely with the Regional Partnership Executive and other partnership staff to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Write and post engaging, unique adverts to attract candidates.
• Proactively source candidates through headhunting on job boards and social media platforms.
• Utilise internal databases and the “refer a friend” scheme to expand the candidate pool.
• Research and attend local job fairs and university events.
• Collaborate with the wider team to understand client vacancies and regional requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for future roles.
• Shortlist applicants, respond promptly, and conduct initial telephone interviews.
• Manage a high volume of vacancies for both teaching and support staff.
• Arrange formal interviews with the partnership team and maintain positive candidate relationships.
• Work with the regional compliance manager to ensure smooth candidate processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a resourcing or recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and tools.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs.
