Resourcing Partner – Recruitment Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Resourcing Partner to join our team and lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives across the energy sector. You will work closely with hiring managers, delivering tailored talent solutions while supporting a flexible hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct robust scoping meetings with stakeholders to define recruitment needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles to interviewing candidates and handling communications.
• Develop and implement selection methods such as assessment centres and psychometric tools.
• Produce and present recruitment management information to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Resourcing Business Partner with a track record of meeting targets and KPIs, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with a consultative approach.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute direct recruitment and innovative attraction strategies.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
