About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join Winners in London, ON. In this full-time position you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, assist with product inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
• Support fitting rooms, maintain back-room organization and keep the sales floor tidy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store standards.
• Participate in training and development programs to build retail skills.

Required profile

• Team-oriented with strong communication and listening skills.
• Flexible, organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn; no prior retail experience required.
