Retail Team Leader – Glasgow Braehead

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Team Leader to manage our jewellery displays and staff across the Braehead zone. The role is full‑time, permanent and based in Glasgow Braehead, with a 35‑hour week (Monday‑Friday). You will be the brand ambassador, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising to maximise sales.
• Provide line‑management support and escalation for retail associates.
• Follow all operational processes and health‑and‑safety policies.
• Use our scheduling app on a mobile device to manage appointments.

Required profile

• Supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Confident, positive interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Ability to travel efficiently across the Braehead zone.
• Comfort working unsupervised and following written and visual instructions.

Required skills

• Android operating system version 8.1 or later.
• Apple iOS version 13.4 or later.
• Proficiency with mobile software and applications.
