Retention & Loyalty Team Lead

About the role

We are partnering with a high‑growth international digital business to find a Retention & Loyalty Team Lead. This senior position will shape regional retention strategy, lead a team of specialists and drive profitability through sophisticated lifecycle marketing and loyalty programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute retention and loyalty strategies that increase customer value and engagement.
• Lead multi‑channel lifecycle campaigns, rewards programmes and personalised customer journeys.
• Own testing, optimisation and segmentation across email, SMS, push and other channels.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Analytics, Marketing, Social and Operations to deliver seamless experiences.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and continuously improve campaigns.
• Coach, develop and manage a team of retention specialists.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex lifecycle, loyalty and automation issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in retention, CRM, lifecycle or loyalty marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering data‑driven retention and loyalty programmes.
• Experience managing loyalty or rewards programmes.
• Previous people‑management or team‑leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
