About the role
We are seeking a Roastery Assistant to support the full coffee production process, from packing orders to roasting beans, ensuring our customers receive top‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with coffee roasting and related production tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the roastery.
- Follow the shift rota and work flexible hours between 6 am and 8 pm.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated with a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Passion for hospitality and the specialty coffee industry.
- Willingness to work full‑time (≈40 hours/week) on a Monday‑Friday schedule.
