About the role
Help customers feel at home and find the bed that’s right for them. You’ll be the friendly bed expert who turns casual browsing into the moment they discover the perfect mattress.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs and understand what they really want.
- Use Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to recommend the right mattress.
- Offer friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
- Keep the store looking fresh, tidy and inviting.
Required profile
- Warm, positive and naturally great with people.
- Confident listener and communicator who puts customers first.
- Motivated to learn, grow and achieve sales targets.
- Supportive team player who helps make work fun and inclusive.
- Flexible to work 38.5 hours per week across any day of a 7‑day trading week.
