Sales Manager – Agricultural Machinery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in agricultural machinery to lead a small team of regional sales representatives in Scotland. You will mentor junior staff, drive KPI improvements, and directly engage with key customers across Fife and Perthshire.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives across Scotland.
• Mentor junior staff and improve sales KPIs.
• Identify and secure new key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Report performance and progress to company directors.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in agricultural machinery.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work independently and generate personal sales.
• Familiarity with the Scottish agricultural market, particularly Fife and Perthshire.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of agricultural machinery products and brands (e.g., Volvo, JCB, CAT, John Deere).

What we offer

• Competitive salary £60,000‑£65,000 per year plus OTE up to £80,000.
