Sales Manager – Insulation Products

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the development of our insulation product portfolio across the UK. Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you will own the distributor and merchant channels, driving growth for a multi‑million‑dollar European manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales through national, regional and independent distributors.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and merchants, providing product training and technical support.
• Collaborate on pricing, margins, promotions and stock management.
• Increase product awareness and generate demand across the UK market.
• Promote complementary HVAC and marine product lines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide accurate forecasts.
• Analyse emerging market opportunities and report on performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing distributor and merchant networks.
• Solid knowledge of insulation products and the construction market.
• Technically astute with the ability to support complex product specifications.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable managing a UK‑wide territory.
