About the role

Join Reiss’s dynamic retail team on Brompton Road as a Sales Manager. You will support store leadership, motivate a team of sales associates and ensure a safe, efficient environment that delivers premium customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a genuine, tailored customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
• Act as a role model, inspiring and guiding the team with dedication, integrity and warmth.
• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs and leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership to cascade the business plan throughout the team.
• Provide in‑depth product knowledge to customers and staff.
• Support store operations, conduct team briefs and contribute to meetings.
• Assist store management with team development and performance coaching.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising a team.
• Strong background in a customer‑facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
• Ability to guide, coach and develop others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
