Salesforce Developer – Hybrid (Birmingham)

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our high‑growth scale‑up near Birmingham. You will work at the forefront of B2C technology, collaborating with engineering and operations to deliver bespoke customisations that drive business utilisation and create real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Salesforce customisations and integrations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Own projects from concept through to deployment, applying AI tooling where appropriate.
• Maintain and enhance existing Apex code, Lightning components and Flow automations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years commercial experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Product‑engineering mindset with a focus on ROI and innovation.
• Experience in a product‑led, high‑growth environment.
• Exposure to Salesforce Einstein and API/AppExchange integrations is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise (Apex, Lightning, Flow).
• API integration knowledge.
• JavaScript and front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) – optional but beneficial.
• Understanding of scheduled, record‑triggered and screen flows.
