SAP BTP Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Developer to join a high‑performing delivery team driving a large‑scale SAP transformation programme. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects and product owners to design, develop and deliver cloud‑native applications on SAP Business Technology Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications on SAP BTP using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
• Build scalable backend services with Node.js and model business data with Core Data Services (CDS).
• Create and expose RESTful APIs and OData V4 services.
• Develop side‑by‑side extensions for SAP S/4HANA following Clean Core principles.
• Configure and use BTP services such as SAP HANA Cloud, Destination Service, Connectivity Service, XSUAA, Job Scheduler and Cloud Connector.
• Deploy and manage applications in Cloud Foundry (Kyma experience a plus).
• Collaborate with SAP Fiori/UI5 developers to deliver intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate SAP and non‑SAP systems via SAP Integration Suite and APIs.
• Produce technical specifications, documentation and support production issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and conduct code reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial SAP development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP BTP and CAP.
• Proven ability to work in Agile delivery teams and communicate with stakeholders.
