SAP Business Analyst – Finance & Shared Services Integration

About the role

We are supporting a global organisation on a 6‑month contract to deliver strategic finance transformation initiatives. The role focuses on SAP integration projects across Global Business Services and Finance, covering e‑invoicing compliance, Coupa expansion, VAT tooling, fixed‑asset reporting and Order‑to‑Cash optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and map finance processes.
• Support solution design and configuration for SAP Finance modules.
• Coordinate SAP integration work with internal teams and third‑party vendors.
• Drive delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Provide expertise on e‑invoicing, VAT compliance and Coupa integration.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes (O2C, P2P, AP, AR, Financial Reporting).
• Proven experience in SAP integration projects.
• Background in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience working in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
• Effective stakeholder management across international teams.
• UK‑based and able to provide overlap with US working hours.
