SAP SuccessFactors & People Systems Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors & People Systems Manager to lead the development, support and optimisation of our HR technology landscape. You will own SAP SuccessFactors and related people systems, ensuring they deliver high‑quality service while driving continuous improvement, governance and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors and associated people systems.
• Manage system releases, upgrades, testing and change activities.
• Monitor system performance, availability and service levels.
• Provide technical leadership for HR system integrations and user access.
• Oversee third‑party suppliers and ensure service‑level agreements are met.
• Maintain data integrity, security and GDPR compliance.
• Lead audits, documentation and change‑control processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve HR processes and user experience.
• Produce reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of HR systems specialists.
• Build strong relationships with HR, IT and wider business functions.
• Support training, user adoption and communication of system changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors in a complex organisation.
• Demonstrated leadership of a specialist HR systems team.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Experience with system governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
