Scheme Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to oversee high‑quality housing and support services for tenants over 55 within our sheltered housing schemes. You will act as the primary contact for residents, coordinating care, support and community activities while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive housing services to senior tenants.
• Coordinate care and support services, acting as the main point of contact.
• Promote tenant involvement in social activities and the wider community.
• Facilitate effective joint working with external agencies to maximise tenant welfare.
• Provide a warm welcome to new tenants and conduct daily health & safety inspections.
• Support innovation, efficiency and the strategic goals of Arawak Walton.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience working with older people and housing‑related support.
• Knowledge of health & safety requirements in sheltered housing schemes.
• Relevant qualification such as NVQ or CSHS.
• Organised, adaptable and able to respond quickly to service demands.
