Seasonal Key Holder – Oct to Jan (16 hrs/week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a seasonal Key Holder to join the Bristol Cribbs Causeway store from October to January. In this part‑time role you will help keep the shop running smoothly, especially during key trading hours, and act as a point of contact when managers are away.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service skills with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
