About the role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Secondary Teaching Assistants to support students across a range of secondary schools in Birmingham. The role offers the chance to work in dynamic classroom environments, helping pupils achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects.
- Assist students individually and in groups with their learning.
- Help manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Provide support to students with additional needs where required.

Required profile
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable.
