Self‑Employed Mortgage Advisor – Remote & Flexible

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing financial services firm on a self‑employed basis. This remote position offers flexibility, high commission splits and the chance to mentor junior advisers while expanding your own mortgage book.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable mortgage solutions and manage cases from enquiry through to completion.
• Supervise and mentor trainee advisers, allowing them to observe meetings and develop their skills.
• Generate your own business while also benefiting from company‑provided leads and joint marketing activities.
• Collaborate with other advisers through events and shared business opportunities.

Required profile

• Current CAS status as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Proven experience writing mortgage business independently.
• Ability to generate own leads alongside company support.
• Level 3 CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior advisers is desirable.
