About the role

This is a semi‑senior audit opportunity with a well‑regarded chartered accountancy firm in Manchester. The role offers a blend of client exposure and technical development, supporting you on a varied portfolio while you progress towards your ACA or ACCA qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering audit assignments across a varied client portfolio from planning through to completion.
• Prepare audit files and working papers to a high standard under senior supervision.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships in a professional manner.
• Support senior team members on more complex audit and assurance work as required.
• Manage your own workload effectively, meeting deadlines and budget expectations.

Required profile

• Working towards ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Strong interest in audit and assurance work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Right to work in the UK without restriction.
