About the role
We are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work one‑to‑one with an individual who has complex needs in the B31 area. The role focuses on delivering personalised care, promoting independence and ensuring the person's wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 personal care and support in line with the individual's care plan.
- Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, dressing and mobility.
- Promote dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment at all times.
Required profile
- Experience supporting people with complex needs is preferred.
- Caring, patient and dependable nature.
- Good communication skills.
- Relevant care qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
