About the role

Senior Account Manager, Rickmansworth / Hybrid. £45K We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a growing integrated marketing agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for an agency professional who combines excellent client management with commercial thinking and a strong understanding of modern marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Take day‑to‑day ownership of a portfolio of key client relationships and act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Lead integrated campaigns from brief and strategy through to delivery, optimisation and evaluation, coordinating specialists across media, performance, creative, content and analytics.
• Review campaign strategies, media plans, budgets and timelines before they reach clients, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, resources and workstreams while maintaining commercial responsibility for account profitability.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and contribute to new‑business pitches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an agency environment managing complex client accounts.
• Proven track record delivering integrated marketing and media campaigns for sectors such as higher education, healthcare, financial services, professional services or B2B.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience handling budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Understanding of modern digital and paid media ecosystems.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic media, GA4, Looker Studio, SEO and AI‑powered marketing tools.
