Senior AI Engineer – Agentic & Generative AI

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international SaaS business at the forefront of AI innovation. As a Senior AI Engineer you will design, build and scale Agentic AI, Generative AI and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation solutions that power intelligent, customer‑facing products used worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver production‑ready Agentic AI, Generative AI and RAG solutions.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and executing complex workflows.
• Develop multi‑agent orchestration, tool integration and advanced retrieval strategies.
• Optimise LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine‑tuning and rigorous evaluation.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering to deploy scalable AI services on Microsoft Azure.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI architecture and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Strong Python development experience building production AI applications.
• Proven experience developing Agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI safety, observability and production deployment.
