Senior Architectural Technician

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a highly regarded architectural practice in London. You will work across residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, delivering technical solutions from design through to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
• Lead technical development of projects through RIBA Stages 4‑6.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Prepare technical details, specifications and Building Regulations information.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and current legislation.
• Attend site visits and project meetings as required.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Assist in delivering projects to programme and budget.

Required profile

• Significant UK experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Experience delivering projects across RIBA work stages, particularly Stages 4‑6.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a collaborative team.
