Senior Business Analyst – SCUS FMS SaaS

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the SCUS Financial Management System (FMS) SaaS transition. The role sits within the Transformation Delivery Department and works closely with the global FMS project to ensure a smooth migration to Oracle FMS across all SCI entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, processes, data flows, and integration needs for the SCUS FMS SaaS implementation.
• Collaborate with global and local project teams to design the future‑state solution while minimizing operational risk.
• Ensure SCUS‑specific requirements are captured, validated, and aligned with the off‑the‑shelf Oracle FMS functionality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BA methodology, tools, and processes.
• Support up to 10% international travel for project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation projects or programmes.
• Strong understanding of financial management systems and SaaS migration projects.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in English with the right to work in the country of assignment.
