About the role

This senior business development manager position sits within a leading global law firm, supporting its world‑class private equity team. You will be responsible for spotting opportunities, shaping strategic objectives and driving a sector‑focused go‑to‑market approach.

Key responsibilities

Work closely with the private equity team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and manage the infrastructure for sector‑based market activities and go‑to‑market strategies.
Lead the global BD approach, providing market insights and coaching partners on strategic initiatives.
Identify and drive cross‑selling opportunities across practice areas.
Collaborate with a global network of associates and partners to execute sector‑focused business development plans.
Map and quantify the size of opportunities to inform BD planning and reporting.

Required profile

Demonstrated senior‑level business development experience within private equity or finance sectors.
Proven track record of working in a legal environment supporting partners and senior stakeholders.
